Nobody can can be dieting forever, eventually, we will slip up, we are human. You just have to be creative about food choices.

McDonald for example has healthy choices and not so healthy choices. The healthy side is a lot more expensive than the non healthy ones.

There are ways to bypass their expensive menu plan. You can order a side salad with grilled chicken, a cup of coffee or seltzer for just about $5.

Another favorite food that I love to order at McDonald, a cup of oat meal with fruits and I add a parfait to it, It tastes delicious and it costs about $5. You just need to go for food with nutritional value.

It is a good idea that breakfast is available all day long. Eating a sample meal will not leave you with guilty feeling of eating unhealthy food. As a result, make better and smarter choices will help you save money and reduce your weight.

Live a healthy lifestyle, keep the Doctors away

Human body needs exercise, park your car few blocks away from where you are going, that way, you will force yourself to walk to and from it. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Drink a full glass of water before eating a meal, that way the stomach can be tricked that it is full.

Carry your own bottle of water when going out. It will eliminate the temptation of going after the unhealthy stuffs. Bring your own food or a piece of fruit with to work. A home cooked meal is more likely to be healthier because you know what is on it.

Don’t be like me, many times I carried my food to work, then I totally forgot I went out and buy junk food to eat. You just have to practice doing it, then it will become a second nature to you.

If I tell you how health conscious I become, as a result, I lost tremendous amount of weights. I sometimes blend my veggies and fruits. I make my own green juice when every body else is spending a fortune for it. I love lemon water with added fruits on it, It keeps my body hydrated and detoxified throughout the day.

Metamucil can be found at any pharmacy, the tea can be purchased at any Chinese or Korean store. They are very inexpensive and very effective.

You have to try different things, as your body get used to a particular diet, it tends to slow the process down. You have to change your eating habit sometimes to keep you from getting bored.

  • Whole wheat toast
  • 1 Cup of caffeinated coffee or tea
