For example foods that are low in saturated fat

Higher %(DV) is equal to more

Drink 1% skim instead of 2% or whole milk with 5% saturated fat.

Eat fish instead of beef, it is lower in saturated fat.

 

Avoid foods that have high trans fat.

Be careful with trans fat, it raises bad cholesterol and brings down your good cholesterol.
